This year, on 30 June 2009, the Mission of Japan to the EU held its annual Summer Reception at the Ambassador’s Residence. The Ambassador and the rest of the Mission staff welcomed a large number guests to the garden party. The guests included those who have made great efforts in strengthening Japan-EU relations, those who have a strong relationship to Japan and those who have aided the Mission in day-to-day projects.
